The practice is led by father and son David and Patrick Dempsey.
David Dempsey BSc. Eng. H. Dip. Eng. M.I.E.I.
David Dempsey is a member of Engineers Ireland and a fully time-served craftsman with over 25 years’ experience in engineering, construction and development consultancy. Recent successful planning permissions include a 30-unit housing development and a 32-unit mixed housing, duplex and apartment development in Arklow and a 16-house detached residential scheme in Coolgreany.
David’s background as both consulting engineer, developer and main contractor provides clients with practical real-world experience in construction, sequencing, cost control and buildability from project concept through to completion.
Patrick Dempsey is a degree-qualified Building Engineer and plays a key role within the practice across project management, design, surveying and site engineering. He is proficient in AutoCAD, property surveys, snagging inspections, Land Registry compliant mapping and also brings experience in Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments and modern construction standards.
